What Causes Dehydration After Taking Zithpac For Sinus Infection?
I have a sinus infection and bronchitis. The doctor prescribed a zith pac. It has dried my nose up but I m feeling dehydrated. My left arm is sore. Especially around the crook of my arm. And it looks like my vein is depressed the wrong way. Is this dehydration. Should I be worried it s something more?

I cannot say in your particular case, but generally, zithromax has no effect on water balance or the kidney, although infection can cause fluid loss if temperature is elevated.
