What Causes Decreased Blood Pressure Levels And Severe Fatigue?

Blood pressure has crashed to anywhere from 79/29 to 98/62 with a heartrate of 60-74/ minute. Low blood pressure and slow heartrate are a usual for me but not this low, weight loss, headache fatigue, exhaustion, sharp pains shooting through back joints and arms a burning numbness. Starving no matter how much I eat can t get enough food or sleep. I am a 38 year old woman 5 7 146lbs and the mother of 3.What are these signs of? I have never crashed this low before for this long, one doctor says I have pulmonary spasmatic arteries, another doctor says that I am really physically fit or athletic. I have been prescribed blood pressure medications but they all seem to do is decrease my blood pressure and heart rate. I have been battling these symptoms for 2 years on and off but most specialists think I m making it up. July 5,2015 I had symptoms or signs of a blood clot, numbness in my right arm hand to elbow turned purple with a small purple spot higher up on my bicep, went to the emergency room, blood tests and urine showed nothing, ct scan on right arm showed nothing, ecg was regular other than low blood pressure and low heart rate. The pain gets unbearable when things drop this low headaches are intense and feel as though I am unsafe to function. I need answers I have increased blood pressure through diet and increasing certain foods and supplements being multi vitamins, B12, magnesium
