Hello,

The use of Warfarin is associated with increased risk for bleeding. INR is the blood test recommended to evaluate this risk.

As it has been getting reduced recently, changes in the dose of Warfarin should be made. Discuss this further with your doctor who prescribed Warfarin.

Other alternatives can be considered including Rivaroxaban (anti-coagulant).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini
