Dear sir..as you have mentioned you are taking treatment for pre hypertension so it is sure that your blood pressure was very tightly controlled . Now you have started taking dyazide 2 times in a day instead of once daily . Dyazide a is combination of hydrochlorthiazid and triamterene both are diuretics and decreases blood pressure by removing fluid from body. .its because of these drugs that your bp has fallen to this low level.plz discuss this with your physician which medicine he would like to stop because there is no additional benefits of reducing bp to such a low level.you yourself can stop one evening dose of this.this will again maintain your blood pressure . Hope this will help .
