What Causes Debilitating Chest Pain, Heart Palpitations And Flank Pain?

I m struggling with a collection of symptoms that I ve never experienced before. I m struggling almost debilitating chest pain, heart palpitations as well as really sore kidneys. It feels as if someone has punched me in my kidneys all day every day for the past 4 days. I also vomit almost once I day since about 3 days ago. I m not used to any of these symptoms and it is becoming quite worrying any ideas what it could be? I strictly don t drink any alcohol nor drink any caffeinated beverages and also do not smoke anything.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would like to give some tests
A. For Chest Problems
1. ECG
2. Echocardiogram

B. Complete Blood Test
C. Kidney Function Test
D. Liver Function Test
E. Whole Abdomen USG

I would also like to ask:
1. Is your pain related to food taken? Is there burning sensation after a meal?
2. Do you feel weak sometimes, even you have not done any hard activity?
3. Is there pain in the back?
4. Usually, what you eat?

Meanwhile, I would tell you:
1. If pain occurs after eating, please take Antacid
2. If there is abdomen pain, can take Ibuprofen

Eat simple diet and keep yourself hydrated. Its good to hear that you do not drink alcohol or smoke.

Please post the results of the tests here so that a doctor can follow you up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
