Hi, I have a dark brownish spot on the outside of my labia majors. It does not cause me any pain or itching, and it appears to be flat. If it is raised at all it is only slightly. It is not that big but definitely noticeable, about half the size of a pencil eraser. I noticed it a while back but I didn't really think anything of it, but I can't remember if it has changed in size at all. I am 21 years old
