What Causes Dark Brown Vaginal Discharge Long After Having Hysterectomy?

I have had a complete hysterectomy several years ago, have had my left kidney removed in 2012...it was cancer all contained and removed. I had surgery last February for spondylolisthesis of L5 and S1 with rods used in the fusion. I have been a widow for 5 years and have not been sexually active. I have been having a dark yellow greenish brownish discharge for a couple months that is worsened with lifting at work and was wondering about possible causes...oh and I also have cystocele and recto else prolapse. Any info would be appreciated. Curious

it can be inflammatory cause.get checked by gynechologist to check for uterus and cervix. pap test can be done.complete history should be given to gynechologist for examination and advise on treatment.
