What Causes Cramps, Numbness And Tingling Sensation In The Legs?

Bad leg cramps, numbness in toes hands, tingling, spasms(painless) legs only that move around and come and go. Weakness, 0 energy, dull headache, Legs feel like rubber. Bring heel to butt and instant cramps. Sore non stop leg muscles. Hands just seem to not want to function 100%. Blood work is perfect, tick Alicia test for lymes negative. Which I don t trust because of friends who had lymes with a - test. MRI of my brain normal. So I am a specimen of health, except I can not walk. Sore throat. But not cold or flu.

Hi,

The symptoms and signs are due to infection in the throat.

As soon as the infection clears you will feel healthy.

For fast recovery take plenty of liquids with a salt tinge, don't do heavy exercise, wash your feet in salt water.

You take also a tablet of paracetamol for pain relief.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
