What Causes Cramps, Headache And Fever After Taking Gynaecosid?

my wife had taken gynaecosid pills 6 days ago...her period started today...but she is having cramps, headache and fever till now...we have gone to a gynecologist and she prescribed 1 vitamin E capsule {400 mg} per day for 30 days. what should I do more to ease her up?

Hi,

These are common symptoms after medical abortion. As of now you can drink plenty of water and can take drugs like mefenamic acid for pain relief.

If symptoms persist longer, you have to get an ultrasound scan done to look for any possibilities of retained bits of tissues in the uterus.
