What Causes Cramps, Bleeding Only During Urination?

I have had cramps for the past couple days but today I only bleed when I am urinating, what could this be? Just a normal period, or something I should be more concerned about? About a month ago, I blackout while in a store and was rushed to the e.r and they ran all kinds of tests on me and said I was fine but ever since my right foot up to my calf constantly feels like it s asleep. Could these be signs of a more sever problem?

Hello,

The cramps and bleeding that you have only during urination can be due to a urinary infection. Can be related to periods also.

A urine test will help in riling out an infection.

The felling of numbness of calf can be due to vitamin B12 deficiency to electrolyte disturbance.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Rakhi Tayal, OBGYN
