What Causes Cramps And Joints Pain In The Hands While On Cymbalta?

Hello just started cymbalta 30 mg capsules It has helped with my neauprothy .Probably spelled wrong .How does this affect appetite?Should I experience weight loss or gain.Also my hands have been experieng cramping and major joint pain.To the point I have been in pain and dropping items Thank you so much.And I don t waant to eat just no appetite.
