I had a baby 15 months ago. About two months ago, I ve been having cramping and spotting a few days after my period has stopped. This last month, I started lactating from one nipple during cramping. I haven t breastfeeded in over a year. What s going on?

It is a common perimenstrual symptoms and it is quite common among young girls. As a first line of management you can take analgesics like Mefenemic acid for pain relief. If symptoms persist, you can consult a gynecologist and get evaluated.
