What Causes Cramping, Light Spotting And Discharge Of Tissue And Blood?

Hi doctor I just came out the shower and intended to have sexual intercourse with my husband and before that I was having some cramping pains but and spotting very light this morning I don t get menstrual period due to being on depo I had a long string of tissue come out and after that little tiny pieces so we then came on the bed he opened me up to see if there was more and there it was a much longer piece of tissue with blood on it but very light almost pinkish does that mean I had a miscarriage ?

It is a common perimenstrual symptom. As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a gynaecologist and get evaluated.
