hi healthcare magic user, even you have tied both the Fallopian tubes their is always risk of ectopic pregnancy after TL around 5%.
if you are having pain in abdomen and spotting instead of normal period suggest pregnancy.
please get a pelvic ultrasound done to rule out intrauterine or ectopic pregnancy.
