It feels like there are bubbles in my knee. think i slept on it wrong a few weeks ago. its still occassionally feels slightly painful when im jus sitting and as i pull my knee up and down i hear a cracking sound, just curious of whats goin on in myknee
According to your symptoms and findings there is osteoarthritis of your knee. . Cracking sound indicates degeneration and osteophyte. You can start cartilage protecting medication like chondritin sulphate, that you need to take for couple of months.
If required MRI knee can be done and if there is severe destruction of menisci then arthroscopic shaving can be done.
