Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
I studied your case and this is sign of either cartilage damage or knee arthritis. I would suggest you to show it to orthopaedic surgeon and get a weight bearing x ray. If this x ray shows that there is decrease in joint space and also there is change in the alignment of the knee joint then you will need treatment accordingly.
Till you get your x rays done I would recommend you to do following.
1. Static quadriceps exercises
2. Avoid squatting, cross leg sitting and sing stairs.
3. tablet calcium and vitamin D 3 regularly.
4. Brufen if there is any severe pain
5. Voletran ointment
