Hello doctor , I'm 18 , over the past 2 years I've had this crack like skin on my penis forskin, it doesn't seem to go away , I've had these puss type looking spots with hair coming out of them aswell, there is also some type of tiny black dots on the skin of my penis which are not spots but they seem to be part of theskin , can you help me please doctor ,there is no pain , or any discharge , Is there any way I can get rid of the cracking and the spots ? And is the black dots a problem??
