General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello!
I had gone through your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms you describe are very serious and you should not ignore them.
I suggest to consult a physician and get some test done.
-You should do a chest X-ray and probably a bronchoscopy.
-You should do some tests to exclude heart disease such as ECG,stress test, heart Ultrasound.
-Do a complete blood count, blood sugar, monitor your blood pressure.

Consult a physician as soon as possible and get this test done.

Good luck and take care.
