Hi,

We will try to help you in the best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, it can be due to lower respiratory tract infection and montelukast and antihistamines like Cetirizine or Loratidine may not be enough and antibiotics coverage may be needed alongside.

Chest X-ray and blood picture needs to be done. Antibiotics like azithromycin or Moxifloxacin may be needed along with fexet and OTC analgesic like acetaminophen can be used.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
