What Causes Continuous Staring Without Blinking The Eyelids?

My husband recently had a stroke. I have noticed from time to time he has a blank stare-no blinking, is this an indication of another stroke possibly a small stroke? 70 years old, bi-polar, diabetes, Parkinson s, just sort of checks out. dementia, blood pressure

Hi,

It could be an absence seizure. Please discuss this with your neurologist maybe this is an effect of the last stroke but a new MRI should be done to rule out rebleed.
