What Causes Constriction In Chest And Neck?

one week ago I felt my chest constricted, but thought that it was due to adding some free weights to my regimen. Today, I'm feeling some slight constrictions, my pulse is 94, and I've felt some light constrictions in my neck, just behind my ear...what do you think?

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
In my opinion, we should first rule out heart related diseases in your case because chest constriction, neck pain and high pulse rate (94).
All these favour heart diseases more.
So consult doctor and get done
1. Blood pressure monitoring
2. Ecg
3. 2d echo.
If all these are normal then no need to worry for heart diseases.
Sometimes muscular spasm cannot also cause constriction feeling.
So take painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright. But better to first rule out heart diseases.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
