What Causes Constricting Feeling In Neck Veins Along With Pain?

Hello,
I am a 26 year old male. Lately it has felt like the veins in my neck are really tight or possibly constricted. I feel slight discomfort more on the right side of my neck near the coradic artery. The pain also extends slightly down my neck and behind my shoulder. I have no problems moving my head or neck around so I don't believe it a muscular issue. What do you think this could be? I have heard of people's neck veins collapsing, could this be what is happening? Is this a serious issue?
Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Respected Sir, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly.
So far as your narration is concerned nothing is serious till clinical parameters are concerned.
Etiology is non-specific and your more concern once you noticed sometime some minor discomfort and after Googling certain details we get more scarred.
* Do regular deep breathing exercises and YOGA for 30 minutes daily.
* Have proper sleep of 8 hours.
* Avoid stress / anxiety episodes.
* Avoid smoking / alcohol consumption if in any form.
* Maintain your hydration level, BP, Blood sugar levels in control.
* Have more deeply involved in your day to day work and deviate from
current concern.
Can consult physician later if required at all But I think that will not come.
