Hello,
Belsomra has no side effects like
constipation. Toxicity is increasing in your system causing
high blood pressure & other pathology. Regulate your toilet habits.
Take plenty of fiber in your diet & water, soups, juices. Take fruits & veggies. Avoid non-vegetarian food, red flesh causes constipation. Eat papaya's, it helps easy bowel movement. Take warm milk at bed time along with laxatives.
Certain medications also cause constipation to inform your PCP about any medication that you are taking. Stay away from addictions,
drug abuse is one of the causes that slows down bowel movement.
Thyroid dysfunction &
diabetes trigger constipation. Get a medical check up done to rule out any pathology causing you discomfort.
You can reduce the dose of Belsomra or take any other medication that does not slow down your metabolic process; after consultation with your treating doctor. Avoid sedentary life, stay active.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
