What Causes Constipation, Abdominal Bloating And Migraine?
I have been having issues with my bowels for years.. I go for weeks Upon weeks without being able to pass any stool, but then there Are times when I pass overflow and don t even feel or know it. My intestines swell and get hard where I can actually see the definition in the, and it s painfull. I also suffer from Migraines that make it Impossible for me to see out of my right eye and feel like my head is going to explode. Through all of this i m exhausted all of the time.

* Severe intensity of constipation may be in concern with the side effect of migraine headache medications, gut motility disorders or else.
Kindly provide me a list of current medications as tramadol hydrochloride and similar compounds used frequently in such issues are responsible for abdomen bloating and constipation of high degree in many of the cases.
Till that time follow basic guidelines as below
- drink more liquids in sessions
- prefer to consume easily digestible foodstuffs as organic fresh fruits, cereals, pulses, legumes
- avoid all dairy fat, junk foods, spices
- intake of capsule omeprazole ( 20 mg ) with sips of water on empty stomach 2 times a day
- Ispaghula husk or Psyllium 3-4 teaspoonful at night with a glass of lukewarm water
