What Causes Constant Yellow Discharge From Rectum And Diarrhea?

I have a yellow watery discharge from my rectum. It s happened for about 3 months. It has stained the skin between my upper thighs. And recently for the past 2 weeks I ve experienced diarrhea. I stopped smoking and drinking for 3 days. The first two days. The watery discharge and the diarrhea stopped. Today this morning it started again

Welcome to HCM.

The usual reason for this could be impacted hard feces causing the yellow stringy mucus only discharge through anus during bowel movements with occasional diarrhea.

The another reason can be a mass or something inside or some intestinal worm.

So,you will need clinical examination by a surgeon - per rectal examination can help to find out the exact reason.

Routine blood works and stool examination for ova,cyst and reducing substance should also be done.

You should take albendazole 400 mg as a de-worming but for that,you will need prescription from some local doctor.

Consult surgeon who will know about all the tests and complete treatment.
