Hi,

Abnormal sound/ringing in ears(tinnitus) can be caused by many conditions like an impacted wax, hearing impairment, or even anxiety.

If it is bothering you, kindly see your ENT specialist for evaluation. It is unlikely related to thyroid disorder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam TK
