What Causes Constant Vomiting/urinating And Fever In A Child?

My 3 year old son has been vomiting for 27 hours and he had a fever of 102.4 last night. His current resting heart rate is 140 and he is extremely lethargic and has only urinated 3 times in 27 hours. I ve been giving him a teaspoon of pedialite at a time every 10- 15 minutes and he s not keeping a lot down. Should I take him to the emergency room?

Hi.... as his urine output is low and as you say he is dull and lethargic, I suggest you take him to the nearest Emergency Room. But if he is otherwise active when fever touches normal, then you can be reassured that it will be only a viral illness.
