What Causes Constant Stomach Ache In Children?

My 5 year old daughter has been complaining about having a tummy ache for 2 days now. Yesterday she threw up and she has not had much of an appetite the last 2 days as well. She has also being belching ALOT and it spells like sulfur and it is extremely foul. What could be the issue? And what can I do to help her pass this? Thank you, Concerned Mother

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Welcome at HCM
I appreciate your health concerns
Is there any vomiting? Any diarrhoea? Any fever associated? What she ate in last three days?
If there is no vomiting or diarrhoea then you should not be worry about it. All you need is to stay calm and start soft diet. semisolid diet is appropriate in this regard. I don't think she needs any antibiotic right now.
If fever , vomiting, or diarrhoea then You should consult paediatrician....
May he get well soon
