What Causes Constant Pain In Neck And Shoulder Along With Stomach Rambling?

a chest pain int he left side, dull but not constant. pain the back but no pain in the neck. also feel pain the shoulder. the pain goes back and forth. not really severe. stomach rambling. i drink a lot of water. high blood pressure. i had an ultrasound in my heart left side, part of the stomach, and my neck, esophagus. they said nothing is wrong.

I hope this will be useful
There are lot of different reason for such pain at this site.The most susceptible can be your heart stomach pancrease or just muscular pain.
I would suggest you to do following simple tests to rule out.You had US but did not found out anything suspicious.There is a separate US for heart called echocardiography.But get an ECG done ist to rule out heart problem as you are a patient of hypertension,As this chronic dull pain do points towards heart too.Get a serum amylase to exclude pancreas anamoly.But if you are not experiencing any nausea vomiting like symptoms and severe pain this option can be excluded.
The stomach sometimes may just present like heart pain.And nothing shows on Ultrasound.For that just take PPIs for two weeks like esomeprazole before breakfast.It can be just a muscular pain which will go away with a painkiller+muscle relaxant combination.
In short you just need an ECG atleast to be on safe side.If it is clear.Try a painkiller and esomeprazole.You will be good in no time
