What Causes Constant Pain In Abdomen?

I have had a constant pain in my upper and left side abdomin for about a month now. It feels like a cramping bloating pain that gets worse when I eat, I feel like I over ate even when I only eat very little. It's hard to breath sometimes, it has even made me vomit a number of times. I have narcolepsy and it has actually made it difficult for me to sleep because no position is comfortable, every which way I lay or sit is painful.
