General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Several medical conditions can cause a constant hot body temperature and sweating, such as:
* Hyperthyroidism: An overactive thyroid gland can cause an increase in metabolism, leading to a rise in body temperature and excessive sweating.
* Menopause: Women going through menopause often experience hot flashes and night sweats due to hormonal changes.
* Infections: Certain infections, such as tuberculosis, endocarditis, and HIV can cause night sweats.
* Anxiety: Intense anxiety can cause an increase in body temperature and sweating.
* Medications: Certain medications, such as antidepressants and some blood pressure medications, can cause excessive sweating as a side effect.

It is important to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. If your current doctor is unable to find the cause of your symptoms, consider seeking a second opinion or consulting a specialist such as an endocrinologist or a dermatologist.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
