What Causes Constant Headaches And Dizziness While On Microgynon?

I am 26 years old, been on microgynon pill since I was 17 years old, and I haven t missed any pills. I had a random spot bleed 2 week after my last period, didn t think too much into it but the past 5 days I have been feeling extremely tired, I ve also got constant mild headaches, the feeling I get when I haven t eaten for a while but it normally dissappears after I have eaten. These ones come & go all day, random dizziness & SO hungry, I ve never wanted to snack so much!! I m slim & very active as I like to look after myself so I do need to eat regularly for energy but never this much. I took a pregnancy test but it was negative. My period came 2 days late slowly & a little lighter than normal but I think a pretty normal period. I don t know what is wrong with me & get very frustrated & emotional not knowing. Please help?

Hi, I think you are having side effects of microgynon. It can result in mood changes, fatigue and headache. May be it will go away in few months. But if it persists and affects your daily life, you can think of changing over to another contraceptive method.
