Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Weakness may be due to many reasons like acute liver failure, anemia, anxiety disorders, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, chronic infection or inflammation, chronic kidney disease, concussion etc.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Check for thyroid status, check for infection, connective tissue disorders etc. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
