General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms are more likely suggestive of a peculiar condition called atrophy pharyngitis. As a first line management, you can go for warm saline gargles for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
