What Causes Constant Dizziness?

I have had a little light headedness off and on for a few weeks. Friday ,Sat. Dec. 22 it became a little more often. I felt so awful, not sick nor in pain, but I had to go to bed to feel better. I slept a little while, then got up but the feeling of feeling awful and still a little lightheadedness. So I went back to bed -- where I feel better. I have felt awful for three or four days -- missing a Christmas Eve. dinner and Christmas day. I felt awful, as I said and had no desire to go any where but to stay home -- and go to bed off and on. What could be the problem?

Hello,

As per your clinical history is concerned, please follow like this:

1) Do a clinical examination by your Doctor and to confirm do [CBC with differential and ECG].
2) Discuss with your treating Doctor about iron and vitamin B 12 injections per weekly or oral medications.

Do follow few lifestyle modifications like this:

1) Take Iron-rich foods which include meats, beans, lentils, iron-fortified cereals, dark green leafy vegetables, and dried fruit.
2) Take folic acid, which can be found in citrus fruits and juices, bananas, dark green leafy vegetables, legumes, and fortified bread, cereals, and pasta.
3) Add vitamin B-12 to your diet and this vitamin is found naturally in meat and dairy products.
4) Take foods containing vitamin C such as citrus fruits, melons, and berries which help increase iron absorption.
