General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It might be due to the involvement of balancing organs located within the inner ear.

As first-line management, you can take drugs like betahistine for symptomatic relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an ENT specialist and plan for an MRI scan.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
