What Causes Constant Dizziness, Tiredness And Black Outs?

Hi,im a 17 year old female and for the past i d say 3+ months i have constantly felt dizzy and tired. at times i have sort of blacked out and its like my eyes just spin in the back of my head. I have been to the doctors twice and had full blood tests done and was told they are looking pretty good and i also had my blood pressure checked and was told it was nt a great concern. Last time i went to the doctor i was told that it was normal for teens my age to be experiencing this problem,i was told to increase my caffenie and salt/sodium intake but i have found this hasnt helped. I dont beleive it is normal to feel this way, any other suggestions as to what it could be? thanks

Hello,

Possible causes for your symptoms are:
1. BPPV
2. Postural hypotension
3. Anemia
4. Acute vestibular neuronitis
5. Labyrinthitis
6. Sinus arrythmia

It has to be evaluated for the diagnosis. Get an ECG, tilt tablet test, echo-cardiogram, complete blood picture and blood sugar levels. Use tablet Vertin 16 mg for five days. Avoid cool drinks and ice creams. Avoid driving and trekking. If symptoms have not improved, please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
