What Causes Constant Dizziness And Hearing Loss After A Head Injury?

My ex use to kick my head in with a steel toe boots for 8 years I was beaten in the head choked that was inbed2010. Now I was told I have no cancer tumars I get dizzy every single time that I stand up every time and it s not just regular dizzy it s swirling into space follows by blindness loss of hearing some times fainting. There have been a few times that when I did faint and woke back up I had no idea who I was where I was for like 10 min I get bad brain pain not headacks but it feels like I have a cut on my brain

Hi,

About your symptoms; and since you say that no tumours or occupational injuries have been found in the skull.

I am more inclined to migraine type headache that causes even, tinnitus (ear humming) and scotomas (blurred vision or spots), dizziness may also be related to this.

Another important symptom is vertigo, this can be of 2 types, central (when there is a cerebellar lesion) and peripheral (auditory damage). An auditory assessment by an otorhinolaryngologist would also be important.

For now, you can start with simple analgesics such as Tylenol orally every 6 hours in case of much pain.
