What Causes Constant Burning Sensation In Stomach And Groin Post Ejaculation?
I have a constant burning sensation in the stomach and groin and it gets worse after ejeculation. I have lower back pain as well. Also my penis is sometimes sore to touch and my balls ache. I have been to the sexual health clinic and I have no std but still have the pains?

Based on the history you have shared,you need to get your complete examination and semen and urine tests done for any infection. Not only Stds can cause just symptoms sometimes simple infection can cause this burning too like epidydimitis.
