hi my daughter has a contstant blocked nose but when she blows her nose there is nothing there just the constant feeling she has something there she is struggerling to sleep and is always complaining about it she is 3 years old thanks for any advice natalie
She may suffering from nose block may be due to mucosal edema. This will accure in allergic conditions or sinusitis or Turbinate hypertrophy or deviated septum etc. Until examination is done it is a difficult to say what it is.
Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day or at least night before sleeping. Use flucold drops according to body weight. Give warm water and avoid ice creams and chocolates.
If no improvement please consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
