What Causes Constant And Severe Pain In Lower Extremities, Joints, Hips And Ankles?

I am experiencing constant, not quite severe pain in lower extremities and joints - especially hips, knees, ankles, and feet. Some muscle spasms intermittently. No sport or activity related injury or overuse. Very sore calf muscle in left leg. Medications on alendronate for about 90 days. Wondering is these symtoms are side effects or something else.

Hello,

Alendronate may cause muscle pain. I would like to know why you use alendronate and most importantly, at which dose. I would like to say that you can keep alendronate dosage at 10 mg orally once a day.

Apart from this, I would like to give some tests:

1. Complete Blood Test including RF. If possible please post the cause of taking alendronate and its dosage (as there is need to change the dosage), the result of blood test so that a doctor can follow you up.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
