What Causes Constant And Severe Headache At The Crown Of The Head?

I have constant terrible head pain, mainly at the crown of the head, which has been going on for 2-1/2 weeks. A CT scan showed no bleeding in the brain. A neurologist prescribed steroids but they did not tin to curb the pain. Five days ago I had steroid injections in the back of my head but again no help with the pain.

Hello,

No need for further injection. This pain either due to the radiating pain of cervical spondylosis or a psychological one. Go for a neck X-ray and consult on orthopedic for the treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Christy J Thundiparambil, Ayurveda Specialist
