Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

After going through your medical details I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that PVCs do happen in all individuals in some they are occasional and in some they are frequent. You need to get a treatment if they are causing you dizziness or chest discomfort, if they are asymptomatic then it generally doesn’t require any treatment. If symptomatic then you can start your treatment with Beta blockers if it doesn’t help then consult a cardiologist for RFA treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

General Surgeon Dr. Shinas Hussain's  Response
Hi,

Stress, anxiety and excess use of caffeine all can cause PVC. As your all cardio work up is clean nothing much to worry about now. Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety as these can worsen the symptoms.

Hope I have answered your query.
