What Causes Congestion And Pain In Lungs?

I am congested, my lungs hurt, I am coughing to the point I throw up. I had a lung clot in 2010 and I have pain today in the same spot and hurts the same way. in septeber/October I hurt my lungs by cleaning my bathroom with mixing chemicals. should I go to an er or wait until next week when I have an appointment with my primary doctor?

Thanks for your question on HCM. Since you are having lung issues in the past and now you are having same complains, you should visit ER with all previous reports. Pulmonary embolism may recur if you are not taking blood thinner medicine warf in proper dose. So consult doctor and discuss things.
