General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a viral infection. I suggest you to use anti-inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen to reduce a headache. I also recommend to rest, drink liquids and eat a healthy diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
