Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am experiencing a cold sensitive feeling along my shoulder in to my left arm on and off for the past six months. I also developed an unbalanced feeling along with vision problems such as being unable to focus in busy environments I ve had an MRI which was normal echo was normal I feel nauseated when focusing on fast moving images
Cold sensation in the shoulders with difficulty in focusing or lack of co ordination is commonly due to emotional or physical stress, anxiety, tiredness or fatigue. Medical factors that may cause it are brain tumors, vitamin E deficiency, thyroid issues, developing co ordination disorder, etc.
You are suggested to get physically examined by a GP. Get all blood workout & imaging tests done to rule out medical conditions causing the symptoms. Your treatment will depend upon the pathology detected. Get an ear check up done to rule out vertigo. Get treated at the earliest.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K, General & Family Physician
