What Causes Cold Sensation In The Chest?

For quite some time now I ve had the feeling of having ice in my lungs. It comes and goes and lately has been getting worse. I have no medical conditions that I know of. I m a generally healthy person. I do smoke cigarettes. When it flairs up my lungs and the feel of my throat get as if I m laying in snow with my lungs exposed. I m not a big doctor or hospital person but it is starting to worry me now that it s getting worse and more frequent.

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Your lungs are beginning to react to the cigarettes.
Please quit smoking.
This is the beginning of bronchitis.
Slowly you will get terribly breathless and lose all stamina to work.
If there is history of ling disease in your family, this will happen quickly.
For now, quit smoking, start breathing exercises and take steam inhalation.

Take care,
Regards
