What Causes Cluster Of Bumps On The Arm After Eating Chocolates?

Hi. I want to ask if this symptom I m having could possibly be an allergic reaction. I just ate come chocolate, then a few minutes later, noticed a cluster of bumps on my arm. They re medium sized, a bit red, and itchy as well. Could this be an allergic reaction to the chocolate I just ate?

Hi.
As per your case history you are having urticaria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid fast food and chocolates for 2 months.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion on affected region twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid, hydroxyzine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
