I had seen all your medical aspects and could understand your clinical aspects. Cloudy urination occurs most commonly in urinary tract infection (UTI).

Non malignant mass is generally not harmful. It has to be removed surgically and does not recur. You might had not gone for surgical removal. In such cases the mass or tumor will increase in size and extends. By extending it will suppress other surrounding structures. This can lead to nausea, constipation (compression of intestines). For this reason you might have lost some weight.

First of all you have go for ultrasound abdomen to know the extension of non malignant mass.

Coming to treatment part, surgical treatment will be the best option. Hope you would understand all the aspects and act accordingly.
