What Causes Clogged Ears And Nausea After Using An Anti-aging Serum?

HI - I m trying to work out why my ears are clogged recently and have a runny nose - the only thing I ve done differently is use an anti-aging serum on my face. The stuffiness started about the same time. With this it has caused dis sines and nausea. The only thing that cleared it up was Benedryl. Could I be allergic to this face cream?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms are in keeping with an allergic reaction so it is possible that you are allergic to the face cream or any other new product that you used recently. The use of the Benadryl or any other antihistamine is appropriate.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Michelle Gibson James,
